What is the punishment for skipping bond and aggregate theft?

I have a friend who is a first time offender and skipped out on bond for aggregate theft charge in Montgomery county. Can she receive probation with these charges?

Answer

The level of the theft charge depends on the value of the property stolen. She is probably eligible for probation on each charge. Have her talk with a local attorney soon
