What kind of attorney do I need and about how much will it cost?

My license was revoked because of a bad wreck where I passed out. What type of attorney do I need to get them back? It has been about 10 years. 

Answer

If your license is suspended due to a civil judgment against you due to the accident, you must pay the judgment or at least make payment arrangements on the judgment before you can get your license back. If you have any other issues due to the fact you have not had a license in 10 years, you may have other holds on your license. Contact a criminal defense attorney who has experience in dealing with the Department of Public Safety.
