One of my employees had a drug test and she is terrified to fail but has court tomorrow for pre trial

Answer

Fear is useless. She will be given the test she is given; she has no control over which test it is. The test results will be positive or negative; she has no control over the results ON THIS UA COMING UP. She DOES have control over her behavior, where she goes, who she associates with, and what she puts into her body. The reason for these tests as a condition of bond is to determine what type of control she has. If a person continues to use drugs knowing full well that this continued drug use will cause jail time, then there is substantial evidence of a much larger problem. Get with a local attorney soon.
