My step-daughter was in a car accident, her fault. She has no license and has never had one and no insurance.Also her son was in the car he was seat belted into his car seat, but it was not seat belted to the car and he got a broken leg from the wreck,she had no seat belt on either,she hit a van head-on,the other people were all fine. She has gotten 2 no license tickets last year! What kind of trouble is she looking at?

She has several different issues. The more tickets she receives, the harder it will be to eventually obtain a license. She is subject to a civil judgment for the accident. Criminal penalties regarding her child could include child endangerment, assault;t or injury to a child;d. Child protective services could also get involved.
