My brother got stopped last year according to the officer he didnt make a stop therefore he also got searched and had like an ounce of marijuana so he was taken to custody. He was released within hours with a bail and nothing has happened after that but he can not get jobs due to that history. What do you recommend

Have a local attorney do a little investigation; contact the DA in the county where the arrest was made and see if any objection to the expunction would be made.
