On dwi blood results test how many times can the system in waco tx test my husbands blood if they already tested it and he was good, thier sending it back I thought if blood already been tampered with they (CAN NOT) re use it.?

The State can test the sample as many times as they want, but a portion of the sample is consumed after each test. As long as enough of the sample remains to test, the State can test it. I am unsure what you mean when you refer to the sample as being “tampered with”. If a criminal case is filed, your attorney can obtain results of each test and examine if it was preformed properly.
