Teacher confessed to a relationship with 14 year old student. Police claim there was video and pictures.

Answer

Depending on the age of the child at the time of the offense, this could be a first degree felony (See Texas Penal Code Section 22.011 & 22.021) which has a maximum prison term of 99 years.
