Asked 6/17/2016 – Georgetown, TX
I could not abide by my indirect supervision and now I have motion to adjudicate my felony probation.
Answer
Indirect supervision has no bearing on the motion to adjudicate. If any of the allegations in the motions are found to be true, you could be sentenced anywhere within the punishment range provided by law for the offense you are charged with. Contact the attorney who represented you on your original plea.
