Been on probation 5 yrs and had violation in 2012 went to treatment, 2013 went to another horrible treatment safp (sub abuse felony punishment.) completed successfully. Stayed sober a few yrs I have 1-2montbs left on prob and failed a ua like an idiot for three diff drugs. Now I got to meet w court officer. What’s going to happen? pls help

A failed UA is a violation of probation, whether it happened in the first month of your probation or with one month remaining. Your prior violations don’t help your cause. Your probation can be extended, modified, or revoked. Exactly what will happen is unknown. Call your probation officer; ask if a motion to revoke your probation has been filed so you know whether to call your attorney and arrangements for bond.
