Involved in organized crime first time in trouble what will happen to him?

Answer

He will be charged as an adult. Contact a local attorney IMMEDIATELY. Hopefully you can get someone working on the case before it goes before a Grand Jury. What will happen to him depends on exactly what he is charged with, the amount of harm or damage done to any third parties, and the strength of the State’s case.
