I was on pretrial diversion for theft of property above 50 under 500 what happens if I got a citation for theft of property under 100

Answer

You will be kicked out of the diversion program. I don’t know the specifics of whether you have to enter a plea to begin the pre-trial diversion in your county, so talk with your attorney about that. Your case will be returned to the court’s docket for disposition. Since it appears you have no desire to comply with court orders, jail is a distinct possibility. Get with your lawyer SOON.
