I’m on the run for a probation violation, which would have ended if I had did what I needed to do. My probation would have been discharged on 3/15/2015 but I didn’t finish that year and was reinstated for one more year. That would have ended on 3/15/2016. Again I didn’t finish it but this time I’ve been on the run since then. I have not commuted anything wrong since. I need to know what I need to do because I have a day in court on 7/14/2017 for parental control or whatever ever is called when my mother in law wants to keep my son. I really need help ASAP please

If a motion to revoke your probation was filed before the expiration of your probation, then your expiration date goes away so the fact your probation was set to end on March 15, 2016 is irrelevant. A warrant for your arrest will remain outstanding until you are taken into custody. Once you are arrested, you will be served with the motion to revoke, brought before the Court and if it is determined you have violated your probation, you are subject to a jail sentence.
