He’s been in Harris County since July 12, his court is on the ninth of this month. He has been doing work in there, what is the possibility they’ll give him time served or two year’s probation or probation at all

No one can tell you what will happen specifically in your boyfriend’s case; we don’t know what evidence the State has in this matter. If he is still in jail, an attorney will be appointed to represent him if he cannot afford to retain private counsel. Contact the Court where his case is pending and find out the name of the attorney who was appointed to represent him. Call that attorney and ask this question to her/him.
