I have a friend who had someone staying with her and drug activities were happening at the house hold and she would receive money for him being there what would happen to her if the police caught up with her

More information is needed to answer your specific question. The punishment range for drug cases depends on the type of drug and the amount in possession. Criminal charges will also be enhanced if the allegation is for manufacturing & delivery and not just for possession. If your friend is accepting money from the proceeds of the sales occurring at her house, she will be charged as a dealer if arrested for the controlled substances at her home.
