I wanted to know will what’s your last option if You have any before a Execution Date is set if a Death Row Inmate refuse to file a Notice Of Appeal after being denied a Certificate Of Appealability by a Texas District Court.

Answer

Death Penalty cases are automatically appealed, regardless if notice is filed. Contact the attorney of the inmate for the status of the process.
