Received etter from MSB, via city of DAllas municipal court to pay outstanding fee $370. Offense assault contact family vi. date 6/6/2002. My arresting officers advised copy police report for their names they would testify for me. I didn’t assault. I was asked if I planned going back to family home I said yes try to get kids. Cops said we are arresting you because we don’t want to make another trip here tonight. Someone has to go to jail.
