Will I be able to get a license in Texas?

My license was revoked in Massachusetts

Answer

You would be able to initially obtain a license, but once Texas discovers the previous revocation, your Texas license will be declared invalid until Texas receives notice from Massachusetts that you have cleared your issues up there.
