Will I get my back time if I get revoked?

I’m in drug court in Lufkin TX; I have almost 2 years of back time on a 2 year state jail felony

Answer

As a general rule, you will be given all back time. Please note, however, that any time you spent in jail or in rehab as a condition of probation (like SAF-P) does NOT count toward back time.
